If a generation fails, ONMODEL is designed to refund credits automatically when the backend reports a failed job. Contact support with the approximate time, garment type, and what happened.
Purchases
Credit purchases are verified by Apple and delivered by the secure backend. If credits do not appear, send the app name, credit pack, approximate purchase time, and device details.
Exports
If PDF, PNG/JPG sets, or social crops do not export correctly, contact support with the lookbook name, selected shots, iPhone model, and iOS version.
