ONMODEL is provided by SW Cosmos Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how ONMODEL handles information when you upload garment photos, select synthetic models and scene directions, generate AI lookbook previews, finalize images, export files, and purchase render credits.

ONMODEL does not require a user-facing email or password account for the current app version.
The app may create an anonymous app session so the secure backend can manage credit balances, generation requests, and purchase delivery. This anonymous identifier is used for app functionality and fraud prevention.
When you choose to upload or capture a garment photo, ONMODEL processes that image to analyze garment category, fit, color, fabric, and protected details.
Garment images, selected model references, selected scene directions, and related generation instructions may be sent to SW Cosmos backend services and AI service providers to generate lookbook images.
Generated images and related job metadata may be stored or cached as needed to deliver previews, final renders, exports, credit accounting, reliability, and support.
ONMODEL uses Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases of render credits.
To deliver credits securely, the backend may verify Apple transaction information and store product identifiers, transaction identifiers, app account tokens or anonymous user identifiers, credit grants, and credit ledger events.
ONMODEL asks for photo library or camera access only when you choose to select or capture a garment image.
You can control photo and camera permissions in iOS Settings.
ONMODEL uses secure backend services to connect with AI image analysis and generation providers. API keys are kept on the server and are not included in the app.
AI providers process submitted images and prompts only as needed to provide the requested app functionality, subject to their own service terms and data handling practices.
ONMODEL does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not use the Apple advertising identifier for tracking.
ONMODEL does not sell personal information.
Generation records, generated image URLs, credit ledger entries, and purchase verification records may be retained as needed to operate credits, prevent duplicate grants, troubleshoot failures, process refunds where applicable, and provide support.
You may contact SW Cosmos Inc. to request help with privacy questions or deletion requests. Some purchase and ledger records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, legal, or App Store compliance reasons.
ONMODEL is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
