SayPort Live is provided by SW Cosmos Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how SayPort Live handles information when you use live captions, speech translation, conversation mode, camera or photo translation, phrasebook, history, replay, copy, and sharing features.

SayPort Live does not require an account, login, subscription, or external user profile to use the app.
SayPort Live may store translation history, conversation turns, phrase favorites, language settings, speech settings, privacy mode, and display preferences locally on your device.
This local data is used to provide app features such as history, replay, copy, share, phrase favorites, default languages, and app language preferences.
You can clear saved translation history in the app settings. You can also remove local app data by deleting the app from your device.
SayPort Live asks for microphone access when you choose to use live captions or conversation translation.
SayPort Live asks for speech recognition access so spoken audio can be converted into text before translation.
Speech recognition is handled through Apple platform speech recognition services. Apple may process speech data according to Apple's privacy practices when those system services are used.
SayPort Live may ask for camera or photo access when you choose to translate readable text from an image, such as a sign, menu, receipt, screenshot, or document.
The app uses Apple platform technologies for image access and optical character recognition. Images are used only for the translation feature you choose to run.
SayPort Live uses Apple platform translation and text-to-speech technologies where available. Text entered, spoken, captured, or recognized in the app may be processed by Apple platform services to provide translation, captions, and speech playback.
Translations may not always be accurate. Please verify important information before relying on translated content, especially for medical, legal, financial, immigration, or safety-related communication.
If you use the system share sheet, you choose where to send the selected translation, transcript, or conversation text.
SayPort Live does not control the privacy practices of apps or services you choose from the share sheet.
SayPort Live does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not use the Apple advertising identifier for tracking.
SayPort Live does not sell personal information.
Local translation history and preferences remain on your device until you delete them, clear history, uninstall the app, or disable related settings.
SW Cosmos Inc. does not operate a SayPort Live user account database for this app version.
SayPort Live is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
